It's 8.5 off, which is just under half of what Bowen has done. He'd have to contribute just under half more than he has to have contributed half of our Goals.

He's contributed 18, he'd have to have contributed 9 more to have contributed half.

If it’ll help you and Korea Hammer sleep at night, I’ll go into more detail next time by saying ‘a third’ instead of ‘almost half’. :newthumb:

Clearly our best player for the past two months but I do think he gets a slightly easy ride at times.

Against Frankfurt, he had the defence back pedalling and he man to his left in space, it was a great opportunity but his pass was **** and yesterday's 1st goal came from a terrible pass of his when we had numbers forward. He's clearly entitled to a few mistakes but reading the criticism Antonio and Benrhama gets I do feel he gets an easy ride in comparison.

Name a better, more in form English winger, than Jarrod.

Ol' big nose will still find a way not to pick him, ahead of Sancho and Rashford.

You said it yourself, it's because he is after Rice, our best player.

He's dynamite. One of the best in the league at controlling a ball that's been thumped into him at breakneck speed. His first touch is getting better and better too.

Best mate in football...plays for Gillingham
Favourite goal...first for Hereford
Proudest moment....signing for Hull

He's contributed 18, he'd have to have contributed 9 more to have contributed half.
But if he contributed 9 more on top of our 53 goals to date, we'd also have scored 62, meaning that Jarrod would have contributed 27 of 62, or 43.5%.

He'd actually need to contribute 17 more goals (a total of 35) on top of the rest of the team's performance to date (to give a total of 70 league goals) in order for it to be half.

Of course, if the suggestion is that he'd have got assists/goals that others have done to date, that's a different argument.

I was considering that he'd have scored 9 of our existing goals rather than 9 on top of.

Interesting maths none the less.

He is a Klopp type player, I don’t want him to move on but he owes us nothing and they would be no Ill will from me if he did.
