Fortunately they signed Diaz and now I don't think there's room for him there.lincolnhammer1963 wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 4:13 pm He's the one the big boys will be targeting.
I could see Liverpool fancying their chances of nabbing him

Re: Welcome, Jarrod Bowen
Remember the kumb debate about 12 months ago?
Some questioned whether his finishing was good enough to lead the line?
Would he score the goals if Antonio got injured?
One of our best ever buys. Proof that championship potential can be converted.

Probably with all the focus on Rice, we should be keeping at least one eye on the Bowen situation m. Undoubtedly he will get a call up by Southgate in the summer, and also other clubs will give him a once over in terms of where he might fit in their transfer strategy.

The small club mentality showing itself yet again . We have the 3rd highest average attendance in the country yet we ain't a big club absolutely unbelievable. the only one who can put this nonsense to bed once and for all is Mr kretinsky . Over to you Daniel

2 excellent finishes from our not-a-striker. And the amount of goals he’s scored and contributed to since the turn of the year Moyes was ultimately proven right over the comments he made after the transfer window slammed shut.

My Hammer of the year.
Just feel he has stepped up, when it really matters.

Or we just build everything attacking around him, including our choice of new striker and forget trying to replicate Antonio (impossible anyway). Build around our strongest club foundations for years.Het-Field wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 4:22 pm Probably with all the focus on Rice, we should be keeping at least one eye on the Bowen situation m. To be fair I think he knew as well he needed to improve his finishing.Bond Holder 59 wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 4:17 pm Remember the kumb debate about 12 months ago?

Who was it who was told he was lucky and replied the more I practise, the luckier I get.
Looks like hard work has paid off.

Totally agree. There is undoubtedly a core of excellent players that is making this side tick and he is one of them.Bond Holder 59 wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 4:34 pm Or we just build everything attacking around him, including our choice of new striker and forget trying to replicate Antonio (impossible anyway). I'm coming around to this way of thinking.
He took longer than all challengers for most goals this season, but ends it some distance ahead.

Just wondering whether we can send the whole team to work on his dad's farm this summer; it's done wonders for his stamina and strength.

Re: Welcome, Jarrod Bowen
One of the best attacking players in the Prem.
We also have one of the best CM in the league and the Anglo Saxon Maldini at CB.
Great stuff. I hope Bowen finally gets his deserved England call up.

Top 6 or 7 finishes 2 years in a row. 60000 every week, uefa semi final, I think we are one of the bigger clubs.Whu stepney wrote: ↑Sun May 15, 2022 4:23 pm The small club mentality showing itself yet again .
