Lacazette anyone?

Think he’d be perfect for us for a year or two.

Just looked into it and yes, Moyes was the man that brought him in to train with the 1st team for the first time!

It seems that we are trying our best to bring him back home. I'm not sure come backs are great ideas.

I don’t think we will sign Rashford, mainly because bigger teams will be interested starting with Real Madrid as it looks like they are missing out on Mbappe (and PSG if they lose Mbappe). I don’t think money will be a factor in why we lose out on Rashford. He is at his lowest value in the last 5 years, and would probably be allowed to leave for £70M. Rashford is the type of player Moyes and Sullivan would pay up for. As for his wages, he will be on £155k next year as he is supposed to be one of the Man U players whose wages get cut by 15% for missing the champions league.£150k to £180k for him wont cause turmoil in the dressing room as if rumours are to be believed, Bowen is being offered £120k and Rice £200k.
I think it’s far more likely we sign one of Broja, David, Kean or Hlozek, for a much more reasonable fee.
Bassey…yes please.

Rashford would be better than Tevez, Di Canio (arguably) and Defoe. He’s better than Di Canio outright (arguably based on stats and international pedigree), better than Defoe was at 24 and he’s better than Tevez when Tevez was here.

Then they'd have to be foreign based otherwise by the same token they'll be strengthening another rival

...and now purse strings are tightening a lot across Europe, which bigger club could afford him?

I honestly don't see many options...
I'd say Juventus, AC Milan, Roma, Barca, Dortmund would all be in for him

But compared to any time in the past, we do stand a better chance of signing top players now.

Rashford is not and will never be close to the player Di Canio was.

Stats wise, yes, as he is more a goal scorer and Paolo a creator.

What about 200 from 480 then?

There’s a lot of sub appearances in those 29 and he’s also been played deeper.

Can only go by what I see, but he ruined us at the Emirates.

Agree totally.

All the progressive teams sign the officials....and she is such a good lino no one would question her making a few dodgy offside calls in our favour.
