[Johnny Byrne's Boots]

When trying to add the Hi-Five emoji to a post, it appears in the text as 'clap'

I've tested this in three browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Bing) and it's the same in all of them.

Its the little fella next to harry the shortcut is 'clap'

This is the emoji with mouseover 'Hi-Five'  :clap:   this is what is entered:-

My 'Clap' emoji is in with the other 'hands' ones.

This is what I have:-



note that next to 'arry is 'Hi-Five', and it's the same on all my browsers.

When I mouseover 'Hi-Five' the tooltip says 'Hi-Five' (to the left of 'arry), but when I click on it it's entered as Clap (between colons). If I try entering all variations of 'hi-five' and 'High Five' (with and without hyphen, separate and joined words etc.) between colons it's just rendered as text.

Weird.


I forgot to add I cleared cookies, no difference.

Thanks JBB. I think I've sorted it. We have two hi-five emojis now, hence the confusion!
