Edit: maybe the World Cup in November is a consideration
Broja, Lingard and Lewis-Potter would be the dream ticket for me. Would sort our forwards out with a great blend of experience, potential and ability.

Add in Aguerd and Bassey in defence and a big-ish CM signing, and that'd be an awesome window.

He did indeed. Despite being a Barking boy.

When Pezza suggests Bissouma & Broja for less than £50m combined, surely suggests Broja loaned out again?

Reports are that Chelsea want £25 million for Broja.

Cornet, Bassoonma, are we building a football team or forming a band?

Really hope we grab him for the LW. But Cornet links may mean we have other ideas. All rumours for now, we'll have to wait and see.
KLP is another with potential but I suspect Lingard is the key to a lot of this. It is one big jigsaw.

Sign him and you can afford to take risks on more untried players like KLP and to a lesser extent Broja as you have the experienced option.

Lingard goes elsewhere then you might well want a more tested alternative such as Cornet who has shown he can do it at this level. Equally Cornet is looking at us and thinking will he get to start as many if Lingard comes.

He might be out of our league, but I’d love to see us go in for Domenic Szoboslai from RB Leipzig. He’s only 21 and has a bit of Payet about him.
I’d also like to see us try to mend fences with Reece Oxford who seems to be realizing his potential.

Yes I do think a lot lies on the Lingard decision. But those two in together would transform our midfield. Pace, dribbling, both needed for our counters. And it would leave money for the defence and hopefully Scammaca/Broja.

Lots of talk about Bissouma to Chelsea now, obviously its silly season so 95% of rumours are BS, but a big club might jump in.

We might have to rehire Nobes to be Lingard's handler. Seems he had a big role in making him feel loved and at home. Jlingz needs a daddy figure.

Jlingz needs to pull his finger out of his @rse & stop wasting our time & energy...
If it's not done in the next week after he's officially a free agent we need to move on...

I doubt anyone important is having their time wasted. If he wants to come, Moyes/Noble/Rice already know about it. And if he doesn't, they altready know about it.

If it's the former, then his agent and Diddy Dave can spend as many weeks as they want negotiating. It's his last payday and Sully will lowball him, so it probably ain't gonna happen overnight.

I rate Lewis-Potter from what I've seen of him. Admittedly that's literally about 5 full games on TV and a load of goals highlights where he scores. To me signings like him are sensible on the basis that it's a free hit. Succeed in the PL and we've cracked it, fail and we probably get out money back.

But I'm reading a lot that he's Bowen mk II. He's from the same club and he scores goals from wide. Great. But I was wondering what the other relevant comparisons with Bowen are? You know what our lot are like these days, if they're expecting a Bowen-lite and he doesn't set the world alight from the off then it could harm his development. He's his own man, surely.

Slightly off topic but with Moyes reluctance to give academy players any minutes, even when we were desperate, do we assume that none are going to make it to the squad? Okoflex made the bench in the last few games, so he will probably get his chance pre-season. He's another left sided forward so I'm not sure we'd be interested in Cornet if he makes the grade. That will give us Benny, Fornals, Lanzini and possibly Lingard on the left/mid. On the right just Bowen?!?

Not looking good for Alese and Longelo, 22 this year, but may get friendly games and crappy cup matches?

Coventry has shone at MK so deserves a look or likely to be sold. Baptiste (19), Perkins (19) next year perhaps? Chesters (21) and Nevers (21) out for loan?

Any other thoughts?

Edinson Cavani's brother/agent:

cavani a no for me. too old at 36 .

GK areola 10m
LB basey or hickey 20m
CB aguerd 20m
CM bissouma 30m
AM lingard "free"
AM lewis potter 15m
CF broja 25m or watkins 45m or abrahams 45m

hopefully a window something like this. I include abrahams as he has said he is open to a return to the PL. prefer him to watkins. broja slightly untried but has the potential.

add ashby longello alese baptiste perkins coventry chesters to the squad as well. we can assess them for the january window .

outs noble martin yarmo fredericks holland have gone. leaves masuaka 5m randolph vlasic 15m to shift.

areola
coufal zouma aguerd basey
rice soucek bissouma
bowen abrahams lingard

subs fabianski johnson dawson cresswell fornals antonio lewis -potter benrahma lanzini
against athe lesser teams we can play rice bissouma and add fornals in.

so many options from the bench. antonio for a last 30 mins blast !
