Will there be flooding on Merseyside tonight? :cried: :cried:

Be more worried about tears running in to the Liffey to be honest.

On the BBC live text, 3000 thumbs up for the goal compared with 2000 thumbs down.

It came off the defenders knee and wasn't a deliberate attempt to play the ball...

According to the rules I believe.
A technically correct decision it seems, but you can't accuse anyone of being anti Liverpool with the var team

Great to see Salah’s indignant grin when Kroos went down easily from that contact.

always felt that Lanzini could have played the Modric role.

doesn't bring quite enough to the game though.

I feel sorry for the ticket office having to re do them all as Liverpool launch a bid to have the game replayed due to a technical infraction ( One Real player had odd laces) or TAA was blinded by the floodlights

The GK is no different from any other defender in terms of his position. 99 times out of 100 the GK is the last defender - but if he comes forward, he's still only one defender.
Amazing that anyone who has been watching football for more than five minutes needs this to be explained.
