The bloke averaged TWO before last summer. It is beyond stupid how we enable these rabbits but we seem to do it so often.

Broad has only taken 5 wickets in an innings 5 times since his 8/15 spell. That's 73 tests, Anderson over the same time frame has taken 14 five wicket hauls over the same time period and Jack Leach has four.

Broad needs to be dropped he hasn't been bad but he isn't running through teams anymore and is averaging 35+ with the ball over the past two years.
