Re: The Johnson Government 2019-202?
We are literally not being governed any more. This is one example amongst plenty …

And this from the lot who will soon enough, yet again bang on about coalitions of chaos . They’d love to be as good as mere ‘chaos’ right now.
Maybe Nicola Sturgeon or Mark Drakeford can take England over in a caretaker capacity for a while. Maybe Glenn Roeder would fancy it.

Which is it what he should have got last time it's just the Tory party are self serving cowardsDaveWHU1964 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 11:22 pm I mentioned months ago that unlike other ex-PMs who end up on the board of this and that company giving their new employees a bit of gravitas and a moment or two in the sun, which companies would want Johnson on the team, a man synonymous with unreliability and lack of integrity. What brand is he going to add to/ improve?
Sure there’ll be a book or two but actual blue pay slip at the end of every month employment? He’s not a competitor to Blair, Major, May, etc for these kind of roles. And no, that’s not a compliment to them.
I’ve struggled to keep up with today. Two more ministers gone in the last half hour - the Secretary of States for Health and Wales.
The Telegraph reporting that in another vote of no confidence the Chief Whips believe that Johnson would get less than 70 votes.

He's still saying he's going to carry on and continue with a reshuffle, Who in their right mind is going to accept a ministerial role under Boris Trump?

All 50 of them supported Johnson throughout partygate, the incompetent awarding of PPE contracts, the corruption in multiple areas of Government.
The fact they are all trying to go with the " I was only the getaway driver" defence cuts no ice with me.
They're all guilty of gross mismanagement, none of them should ever serve another day in office.
Keep the resignations coming, each one is effectively a confession.

How has he not sacked Suella Braverman yet? Went on TV last night, called for him to quit and said she wants to be leader

I’m already excited about watching these people attempt to position themselves as part of a rebranded Conservative Party and pretend that they were really nothing to do with the last lot.

Re: The Johnson Government 2019-202?
There are multiple different factions in the Tory party, so I expect that's the direction it will head in terms of new leaders. Whether his former pals get a job I think will depend on who they are. For example, Brandon Lewis has been a PPS or government minister under Cameron, May and Johnson. The same goes for Ben Wallace. Anyone promoted by Boris will be ****ed.
