Re: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note/login issues
I keep getting this invalid login stuff as well.
However, I open incognito window, and then open KUMB login page. It will log me in with no issues.
I can then go back to the original "normal" chrome and can log in to KUMB with no issues.

Re: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note/login issues
cheers Guv much appreciated.
it's just very weird the way it works (or actually doesn't).
couldn't get in with Firefox again today but could with Vivaldi, could read but couldn't post anything.
(which I know won't bother loads of people)

We did changes some settings, hope that helps, but if you encounter the problem again please make a note of the "users online" en specially how many Guest are online. You can find that info on the board index page bottom.
Thanks

Re: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note/login issues
Hi Janus....(and Guv too)
I was locked out for 3 weeks.
And in that time I kept an eye on logged in members........against just guests.
(example) There were rarely more than 50 - 60 people logged in with about 300-350 guests...and a few hidden.
This seemed way out of what I could remember as "normal"...though I don't always look.
There were about 10-20% logged in during the time I was logged out.......which seemed low to me.
As an aside.........how many would you expect to be logged in ....if say 400 people were on the forum.........would it be about half ?...or more ?

Re: 'Invalid' notice/privacy note/login issues
so far good for me Guv with Firefox. don't want to jinx things though !!
slightly different layout too I've noticed nothing too untoward.
but thanks very much for fixing it.
I know we bitch and moan when it doesn't work, so only fair for the BIG KUMB when it's fixed
cheers

Thanks. I'm now going to mark this one solved as we've had no reports of any login issues in the last 48 hours.Cuenca 'ammer wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 12:57 am slightly different layout too I've noticed nothing too untoward.

Difficult to say, DC - it varies. 20% wouldn't be abnormal however.davids cross wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 4:55 pm As an aside.........how many would you expect to be logged in ....if say 400 people were on the forum.........would it be about half ?...or more ?

Don't know if it's anything new, but I've noticed that when I'm on my mobile, unless I click on 'remember me' before I log in, I am constantly being logged out.
