After his debut, I think against Barnsley, I thought Danny Potts was going to be the nuts. Wasn't this the same match when a cat invaded the pitch, only to do a Tevez style leap into the Old East stand and disappear into Priory Road ?

He was decent, but no Pablo Armero, that’s for sure.

Carroll
Collison
Ashton
Jenkinson
Lanzini
Wilshere
Dyer
Faubert
Hitzlsperger
Yarmolenko
Reid
Gabbidon

Players like Tarrico who didn't even begin their careers with us...Dale Gordon or Richard Hall if we want to go back in time...

Hoping Aguerd comes back OK!
Collison is the most gut-wrenching one for me. Just 20 years old when he got what eventually proved to be that career-ender up at Wigan. Really likeable bloke, and still so young. Only 33 now.

Yeah, Collison and Ashton both gutting. I really think Ashton would have been a great.

The one full back that was never blighted by this condition was Arthur Masuaku as he was bad when he started, tailed off in the middle and the less said about the end, the better.

Richard Hall. Another centre back injured shortly after signing, never recovered fully.

But I'll always remember him fondly... just for this:

Richard Hall was allegedly ****ed before he joined us. That's why Southampton sold him to us on the cheap.

Shame, as he was an excellent player, but I've no idea how he passed his medical.
