Do they still issue paper tickets? I have my s/t on my phone Ok, but my grandaughter is coming with me in place of her cousin (who sits with us). Her dad has sent me an email of what looks like last seasons style of paper ticket

since i last bought a ticket , i noticed as a single ticket buyer that they want you to buy multiple tickets.(fulham game)
2 x £35 tickets available in the STB upper but unable to split , have to purchase as a pair , similar instances around the ground for the tickets that are left , its a right pain , im gonna wait for the ticket exchange to open to single out a single ticket .
also ive never used google pay/wallet , is it straight forward , ? just a case of downloading the ticket via your mobile into google wallet , ?

Blackburn at home in the Cup. You’re enrolled in the automatic home cup game scheme.

This happened to me too, I definitely did not opt into the domestic cup scheme when I renewed my season ticket. Waiting to hear from them as to what to do now, how to get my money back and change it so I don't get charged every time

They will give anyone over 65 a conventional season ticket card. Took 2 minutes at the ticket office.

I couldnt handle the transfer gobbledegook.

Just checked to see if my ST has updated for the Wolves game, only to find it's disappeared altogether (iPhone)! :-(

I forgot about this ridiculous ticket arrangement.
Just looked in my Apple wallet and no ticket for Wolves. Only Newcastle.
Do I need to do anything or will it magically appear?

Refresh your wallet using the various methods mentioned above.
If this thread is anything to go by it seems more of an issue with Apple phones then Android.

Thanks.

I've gone back to the original email and the Wolves game is now showing but only in expired passes.
Can I assume that this will be OK and it will open the turnstile for me?

How is this an improvement on a card that lasts all season?

If you click unhide it will magically reappear in the unexpired passes

Ha ha, I should of left it to see if mine auto updated now. But I tried the method you mentioned of tapping the dots then swiping down on the screen and it worked fine.

Many thanks. :newthumb:

Thanks, that worked, as if by magic.

Didn't have this trouble with the old season ticket books where you tore out the day's number which was shown above the turnstile.

Apologies if this has been covered before, but in terms of ticketing for cup games.

I know that these get sent to STHs separately. Essentially I want to take a mate on my Dad's season ticket. Can my Dad send his ticket email to me, and from there I will be able to download his ticket to my Apple wallet?

My ticket for the next game has always automatically appeared in my Wallet on my Android phone near enough straight after the current game has finished. Not happened yet for Fulham game.
