Return to Monkey Island
I'm surprised there isn't a thread for this classic.
One of my favourite series of games ever returns with "Return to Monkey Island".
Available to pre order for Steam and Switch, with a release date of 19th September.
I for one absolutely cannot wait for this game.
Remember buying the original in Stratford indoor market for the Amiga back in 1990.
Then the sequel came out with 11 discs!
Hope this game is back to the quality and wit as the original two games. Curse of Monkey Island was pretty good though.
Don't get me started on Tales of Monkey Island.

This is out now, has anyone tried it? Might get it on the switch at some point.

Not yet.
Though probably not for me, as IIRC the only adventure game I completed without cheats was Scott Adams' Pirate Cove on the Vic 20...

Re: The return of a blast from the past
Reminds me of The Hobbit for the ZX Spectrum, which was my first adventure game.
