Surely his pace isn't what it was. Don't give him sight of goal
Yeah, I reckon they will start Podence or Neto as a false 9

Time for a change, Paqueta and Scammaca both started for Brazil and Italy respectively this week, time to let the dice roll.
Agreed. And Benrahma has to start. He makes things happen at least.

And Emerson loves to get forward.

Today was going to my young lads first game as a couple of the group are away.

Rail strikes put a stop to that. Best country in the world...

They have a big injury list..If we can't win this game, then Moyes should be sacked.I do expect a 1-0 "Bore the pants off"win and all these social media sites condemning the "Moyes Out" fans for not having trust in Moyes

Sadly, i think today could be a record low turnout.

Rice, Paqueta, Bowen, Scamacca, Keher.......top players that kids will miss out on seeing.

A great shame.

Definitely don't need 3 CBs if that's the case

Offers off tickets from those that can't make today's game due to the industrial action, there's a thread for this now, so you get maximum exposure.

viewtopic.php?t=184351

If we can keep the offers to that thread and not here, that would be ideal.

Thank you.

Is taking the car too awkward in terms of traffic and parking? I’m not booking much myself until all this is settled. Stress nobody needs.

I'd say yes, it is a bug bear. I mostly drive in, but where I'm from (Kent) there's closure to slip roads, works on the M2 at Medway and even worse when travelling back coastbound due to complete closures of the M2 before and after my turn off. Add to the fact that not only will ALL Westfield car parks be jammed, getting out (If you find a space) can take an hour plus! I've decided to miss today (And didn't list my ticket either) as even if I managed to get there, getting out of Westfield and getting home would be the main burden!
No moans though, there's much worse going on at the moment. Next Sunday and then Europa evening kick off it is then (For me anyway).

The manager should be sacked on the spot if he selects Cofual. Who’s gonna play wide for Wolves, Podence, Neto or Traore. Anyone of those will cause him all sorts of problems.

Keher, honestly I’d play Ashby before Coufal. He is a disaster waiting to happen.

For what it's worth Coufal was in the Nation's League team of the week for the last run of fixtures. He's not terrible like some of our fans seem to think.

Fancy Coufal against their quick wingers? He is the weakest point of the side, we have better options he shouldn’t be playing.

I think we'll see some changes. Unfortunately Moyes hasn't been able to have the group together with internationals but I think with Scamacca fit again he'll rotate appropriately.

Areola
Coufal Kehrer Zouma Emerson
Downes
Rice Paqueta
Bowen Scamacca Cornet

They'll be going for a false 9, with Costa not match fit, Dawson won't be as needed and if he plays it forces us 10 yards deeper anyway.

Cornet, Bowen and Scamacca are all capable goal scorers, the full backs are both decent in attacking areas and the midfield three should retain possession well.

I've said it, I'm sticking to it, 3-0 West Ham.

It's either Coufal or Dawson though right? If we play Kehrer at RB we'll need Dawson at CB and he's slower than Coufal.

I'd rather play a full back at full back in a game we should be attacking than a centre back.

Well yes I see that point but Dawson gives us the added bonus of a serious threat from set pieces so that’s why I’d have him in and Keher at RB.
