Not really watching it with much intent, but from what I have seen, it looks a more exciting game than last night.
........And is it me, or has Ian Rush lost his Scouse accent over the years? From what I seem to remember, you almost needed subtitles when he was interviewed.

I didn't watch this, surprised at the result. Didn't think Aus would get any points at all , but fair dinkum. Do they still say this in Australia?

managed most of the second half.
it was like a throw back. players getting up and the down the pitch. shots, defenders absolutely throwing themselves in front of everything and tackles ? talk about blood and thunder.
two very committed teams. we could have done with a bit of that passion last night Mr. Southgate.
you ARE wearing your country's shirt, after all.
the Aussies won't get far, if they do manage to scrape into the next round but they put that awful performance behind them from the other day.
