Cheltenham antepost
I feel that PAISLEY PARK in the Stayers Hurdle and MINELLA INDO in the Gold Cup offer great value at 10/1 and 20/1 respectively. Have popped them in EW singles & EW double.

Hey all
Planning to run a Dublin Racing Festival forum comp, in a similar vein to the Cheltenham ones, if there is enough appetite.
Two days of top class jumps racing from Leopardstown on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th February.
Please post if interested, Cheers.

I managed to talk myself out of having a tenner on Darvel, 10-1, beating Aberdeen, purely because they’d lost 3-0 to Ayr in a recent friendly.
If anyone fancies a long shot tonight, Koln are 10-1, or better, to win at Bayern.

Another long shot, Real Sociedad to win at Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey, 5-1 or better. They’re playing well at the moment. I’ve also had a bet on Union Berlin to win at Werder Bremen, 6-4.
There’s decent value to be had in some of European second divisions, I had Frosinone at 6-4 away win last week, they’re clear in Serie B.

I think ESCARIA TEN could be the answer in the big race at Gowran Park today, one of the best handicap chases of the year outside of festivals, the Thyestes - 2.50 at Gowran. He's around the 7/1 mark.
Re: Official Betting Thread
Newcastle v Southampton this evening.
Second leg of the League Cup semi with Newcastle 1-0 up after the first game.
Could be a jittery evening for the home fans with a trip to Wembley in the balance.
At 10.5 (Betfair) Southampton are way too big a price to ignore. Having some of that with a view to lay off in play if the opportunity presents itself.

Re: Official Betting Thread
Braga are as good as 3-1 to win at Sporting this evening. They’ve won 5 out of their last 5 and have only dropped 3 points away all season, worth a few quid I think.

Today’s selections made up for my midweek disaster.
Frosinone to win away again and home wind for Wolves, Hull City and Luton on a patent.
