But I will say this. The female born athletes should decide. Their choice. Same with abortion. Women are quite capable of making the decision without blokes sticking their noses in. Which I've just done :lol:

It's amazing that a sport that is so strict on cyclists taking any medications and substances can't see the problem with this statement.

"The UCI rules are based on the latest scientific knowledge and have been applied in a consistent manner. The UCI continues to follow the evolution of scientific findings and may change its rules in the future as scientific knowledge evolves."

The UCI requires transgender women to suppress their testosterone levels to 2.5 nmol/L for a 24-month period prior to competing in female events.

Back in the days, when you left one federation before you were allowed to compete for another, you had to have sabbatical of sorts.
How about a sabbatical of one olympic cycle, four years? No competing, no training, nada.

Then you can return :smiler:
