The size of my TV screen - I'd much prefer a 77" screen but my wife won't let me have one .

My absolute pet hate in football is when an attacking player is pressurising a defender high up the pitch with the defender facing their own goal and instead of standing off and forcing the defender to smash the ball out of play or play a risky pass (both of which would result in gaining possession high up the pitch) the attacker goes into the back of the defender giving away a cheap free kick.

Absolutely brainless and boils my p*ss!!!

Diving and ****ing injuries for sure.

I've seen gunshot victims showing less signs of pain than your average footballer trying to draw a foul. I know its part of football "culture" but it has always aggravated me.

Massive goal scored in massive game - camera pans over to people clapping/filming on their phones.

Those people should be ejected on the spot.

When a player goes down injured (usually after his team has lost the ball) and he's rolling around like he's in massive pain but it's clearly not a head injury and the ref stops the game, possession and momentum.is lost, 2 minutes later the player is up and running around fine.

All of it. I liked it back in the 90s when you could tackle and it wasn't choreographed ballet

By a country mile. It’s a fairly recent phenomenon but it is prominent in pretty much every game in Europes top 5 leagues. It’s all about forcing the ref to make a decision.
Milenkovic had a couple yesterday where he went down in agony waiting for the ref to call it and then is immediately up on his feet. The whole culture of it is so bizarre.

Totally agree, particularly when we are chasing a game and take 10 to 20 seconds to take one only to lose possession straight away

Coufal has developed quite the Rory Delap lately in fairness.
It was his long throw into the box to Bowen that won us the penalty yesterday.
Our defending of throw ins is still pathetic mind you...

Same here. It can get to the point where you no longer celebrate a goal until it’s been confirmed.

I have many but one that springs to mind is players always, always sneaking throw ins and free kicks further up the field. It’s minimal and not even talked about but it’s cheating none the less

Also defending players appealing for throws they know full well came off them last. They all do it and it’s just accepted when it’s trying to con the officials as much as diving

Maybe a little on the entitled side from me, but since we've taken up residence in European competitions, this Thursday/Sunday business means being up at 5:30 am if I want to watch us play live. And I do. Love the Thursday games though.
