We got absolutely annihilated in that mixed relay swimming final!

Clearly M-M-F-F is the best pattern to go?

Athletics. They mix it up in the swimming, which was why they mentioned it.

Ah ok - my apologies. Wonder why not in athletics but swimming is fine (when more likely to be effected by big waves)?

I thought the velodrome cycling would have started before now ? So I looked up the schedule and it starts on the 7th.
