Secure connection failed
I am intermittently getting "Secure connection has failed" errors using Firefox on Ubuntu. Actually the correct wording would be "I intermittently don't get an error." Most pings result in the error.

Is this related? Started yesterday evening. Intermittent but happens more often than not.

I'm also getting a repeated "can't access that page" message - using MS Edge on a PC. Sometimes the page refreshes and loads ok. Sometimes not, but either way it keeps happening.
