Press them into the armed forces. That way they get accommodation still.

A force spokesperson said officers believed it involved two groups from the Eritrean community, with one faction supportive of Eritrean independence and the other in opposition.
Eritrea gained independence from Ethiopia a while ago. :chin:

Assuming at least some of their number have come here illegally and claimed asylum, why are they then fighting for the regime they've fled from? Could it possibly be they lied over being persecuted........?

They have been independent since may 1993
So 32 years.
Maybe the news has been slow getting to Yorkshire...

So we have people who can't return home because the govt would persecute them and people who can't return home because opposition to the govt would persecute them.
