Not sure if this is a known problem but I've stopped being able to access any page on Kumb and have been trying different browsers and different devices and kept getting the same error page: 403 forbidden and then what looks like Polish language.
I discovered that if I turn off my WiFi I can access through my mobile data so I'm assuming I might be blocked by my ISP but can't think why. Any ideas?

We came to the conclusion this one was an ISP issue... if anyone else experiences similar, please let me know.
