It's going to be a boring 1-0 to the Arsenal.

After all the hype of this game being a fantastic exhibition in free flowing, attacking football, it's going to be a cautious game with a dubious goal deciding it.

Anton Ferdinand and Gabbidon will be up against Van Persie and Reyes.

Repka will face Hleb and I think NRC can handle Fabregas and Mullins will have to be on his toes with some fast passing and distribution. Yossi could defintely cause their defence some problems allowing Harewood or Teddy (is he fit to play?) to capitalise.

Gooner I know at work is predicting a good football match and expects them to win but he does share a little doubt in the absence of many of their team through injuries.

I reckon we can beat them, although it wont be an easy game at all.

I was going to go for 17-0 but I don't want to be too optimistic. 17-1 it is.

Nigel Winterburn was just talking about this on John Barnes Football Night. They were saying that it has been billed as the game that all the Premiership has their eyes on because of Wenger's comments about attacking football and the way we're playing at the momen and that it needs to deliver.

That said I'm gonna go for an entertaining 3-3

We will lose. Arsenal need this win and will be going for the jugular. That said, that **** Mike Dean will probably give them two dubious penalties and send off Repka and Konchesky. Trust me, we will lose.

Goals aplenti!

3-3 at the end of day, in which the score could easily have been 6-6!

A well fought draw is what I am hoping for. I dare not hope for a win against the likes of Arse (yet)

For all their injury worries they do have their favoured back 4 and I think chances will be not in a plentiful supply , I go for 1-1 , the experience of Teddy for our goal.

we can nick this, yes Arsenal are a brilliant side but it would be a sad day if we were sh*t scared of the goal scoring prowess of Sol Campbell

They could be without the shining stars of their side so fortune favours the brave on this one.

This will be the crowd's most important role since 'that' Ipswich semi final. I wont be there so can i please ask that someone gives Ashley "believe my own publicity" Cole the proper cun*ing he so richly deserves.

And may i take this opportunity to remind those who didnt remember.... Arsenal have a sex case within their ranks.... a proper East End welcome please

3-2 either way, a penalty, a sending off, with Wenger seeing nothing...again

it struck me that wenger knows they havn't got much up front and they have been working on set pieces, hence the campbell double header in the week. so long as we defend well, i think we might sneak it.
pires out, henry out, ljundberg and bergkamp doubtful - we must be in with a shout - referees permitting. We must take advantage.

Due to the injuries Arsenal have up front, their options are going to be very limited,i can see no better time to beat them than now so with that in mind,2-0 to the hammers.
Harewood & Mullins scoring the clincher with a header in the last 10 minutes.

Although Arsenal's weaker this time around then they've have been and out of the top 4 teams they are the only team that's not really stronger this year than last (although Hleb is a fantastic player, signing of the year IMHO) they are a great team, playing good attacking football. Yes, some key players are out, most notably Henry, but they still have a leathal strike force.

If we manage to get a point out of this I'd be happy. If we get three points I'll be over the moon. The last time ended an unlucky 2-3 defeat. I hope this time around we get more luck, it will be needed. Arsenal have failed to impress anyone so far and really need to get their season going. This can swing both ways. Maybe they finally get going, but on the other hand maybe the pressure on them results in them playing badly.

I'm going for a draw,

Unfortunately 3-1 to the Arsenal but I still expect it to be a great game of football.
