Re: Official Betting Thread
My mate said this morning Alko Rouge is in tremendous form is expecting him to go real well. After his last race, he said he'd win next time out, so i feel that he isnt as confident as he was a couple of weeks ago. I'm going each way on him to be honest. Cant get a price yet but hes expecting him to be between 7/1 and 10/1.
Leopardstown tomorrow at 4.15

Re: Official Betting Thread
Just logged onto my William Hill account to see if there were any free spins (I haven't got any money there). I just realised that I got all 6 matches right in the Free or 4 competition, so now have 8 free £25 bets, which I can use for Cheltenham!
I counted 20 matches that finished with 3 or 4 goals yesterday, don't think I'll be the only winner!

Re: Official Betting Thread
I work nights and i just woke up to this. Omg its quite a gamble. I backed him at 11/2 to win last night expecting to see 7 or 8/1 today. If he wins my Cheltenham kitty is sorted.

I didn’t watch it DJ, I’ll try to find it later on YouTube. Back to the drawing board for building the Cheltenham fund!

Any tips for the first race at Cheltenham next Tuesday?
SkyBet offering a money back as cash if your horse loses (up to £10) on the first race, but I literally have no idea who to lump on…

Re: Official Betting Thread
It all depends on who comes out. Sir Gerhard and Dysart Dynamo won’t both run. If Sir Gerhard runs he wins in my opinion. Depending on what sort of price you like, Kilcruit is better that his hurdle form so far and can get involved at around 7/1 while Three Stripe Life is a great e/w shout at 20/1.kenthammer1984 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 9:05 pm Any tips for the first race at Cheltenham next Tuesday?

Re: Official Betting Thread
The market just before the race pretty much reflects true odds. If you're not looking for your own angles, then it's a good guide and therefore with that £10 offer you really ought to be picking one in the high single figure odds range - so an ok enough chance of winning and if so a lovely return, but cash back if not. No real point using this offer on a favourite imo.kenthammer1984 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 08, 2022 9:05 pm Any tips for the first race at Cheltenham next Tuesday?

Re: Official Betting Thread
Sister Bridget who i put up before is running tomorrow at The Curragh 3.40.
Connections fancy a place so at 40/1 its worth an e/w bet. Low risk. Pity there isnt 8 plus runners

The only good thing about international friendlies, is that most of the games are bankers.
