Re: Official Betting Thread
Like London buses...No Irons related GGs for ages then 2 same day...
again NOT TIPS just GGs that strike me as having a little link to us lot..
"Queen of Romford" goes in the 2.20 at Leicester....ridden by our mate,Thore "Hammer" Hansen..Lots of you from around that way,
and a User Name that's very close to our Hearts as Hammers fans...this is one for his Mrs maybe...
I don't back 2 year olds or back in heavy going, this is both,I'd back Gone in this if anything .
"Carlton and Co" Runs at Newcastle 8.00...Very open race this,14 run, Carlton sits in the middle somewhere,so outside chance of
nicking a place at 20s.

Re: Official Betting Thread
Real Madrid are 9-5, or better, to beat RB Leipzig this evening. A very good price I think.
Re: Official Betting Thread
No Haaland, played midweek, away from home ( already drawn twice away from home in the PL this season).
Leicester turning things around.
9/2 the draw seems like a value bet for me.

Re: Official Betting Thread
Sounds a bit odd but FLIGHTLINE in the Breeders Cup classic (9.40 Keeneland) represents huge value at 2/5.
Look at it this way. If a financial advisor recommended to you that you could make a 40% ROI on your money, you'd be all about listening to the idea.
He's unbeaten winning his five races by an average of 12L, the latest being the best - a 19L victory over the Dubai World Cup winner.
True odds should be surely 1/5 or less, yet he's available at 2/5. PUNT

Re: Official Betting Thread
Info in the opening race (2.30) at Keeneland:
ARABIAN KNIGHT
"been told working to g1 levels already, will be a serious 3yo for them. 13/8 is huge and they make him more of a 4/6 shot"
Still 6/4 on Skybet, load up

1.55 Navan
Sire du Berlais is a crazy big price at 20/1 in a 9 runner hurdle with his form, albeit up against some good horses.

Re: Official Betting Thread
I think Doyens De Ante is a fantastic price at 20/1 in the Hereford 1.00 tomorrow. Take him EW with firms paying 5 places.
Other bets from Hereford tomorrow will be:
2.00 - Post Chaise 5/1
2.30 - Christopher Wood 11/4
3.30 - Loup de Maulde 13/8 NAP.

Re: Official Betting Thread
A shame about Doyens de Ante, finishing sixth when EW paid five places, but I doubled Post Chaise and Loup de Maulde and that made for a very profitable day.
Tomorrow, I like these two:
Ffos Las 2.00 - Destin D'Ajonc [1 point bet, chancey]
Ffos Las 2.30 - Word Has It [fairly confident, second fav at the moment]

Re: Official Betting Thread
Really unlucky today Rich, I had a nibble each way on Doyens de Ante but it was the other 3. I did a £2.50 trixie so £10 bet. 2 winners and a 2nd, 2 1/2 length’s Christopher Wood from about £200 back!
