That's new one on me - I thought I had everytning Biafra had ever done (apart from the spoken word albums, which went with the rest of my vinyl)

The Stone Roses - Second Coming for the first time in about 29 years.
Without the massive weight of expectation that was on it when it was released, it's quite a decent album. Mature blues-rock with a few bits of psychedelia thrown in, the 11 minute opener Breaking Into Heaven and the layered guitars of Begging You are the highlights.
It just wasn't what fans were hoping for after 5 years of contract disputes.

I’ve listened to it a bit more frequently over the years l, and it really does grow on you - mind you, whilst the first few tracks hit you like a juggernaut, it does fade off a bit in places.
