Absolutely. The perfect way to waste an hour. And five minutes later I can't remember a thing about it, so can always watch reruns time and time again.

Ralf's good, though I do still miss Father Dougal.

absolutely totally agree with both of the above.

when you don't want to be arsed concentrating on how to discover who actually dun it...and when you find out, you don't care.

this is like All Creature Great and Small for me.

really good cast, brilliant scenery and I'm in a good mood when it finishes except I can't wait for next week.

all tv should be this good.

Couple of episodes of Kaleidoscope. I like this show but couldn't love it. Just a little bit too clever-clever.

Everything Everywhere All at Once. Crazy movie but I enjoyed it. A little silly here and there, but very creative with some wonderful performances.

Happy Valley and 'our' penultimate episode of Kaleidoscope.

I am happy to be watching both of these shows, but not totally gripped by either.

Happy Valley...just give Lancashire and Finnerman the Baftas now.

First half of episode 1 of The Last of Us. Not pleasant viewing but great none the less.

Starts off a bit of a slow burner but is well worth sticking with.
Nice recommendation Metal. We finished this off yesterday and really liked it. Very slow at the start as you say but I think that's what makes it with his character being very calm also.

I didn't realise this was series 3, this one being a prequel to the character being older in S1 & S2 - and there are also two films set before and after S1. Might have to do some searching around for those :newthumb:

First half of Hunters S2. Perhaps not quite as good as the first season, understandably, but certainly not lacking in drama.
