So, this is a thing then? Because recently I discovered a show called Time Team, and have found myself binging the show. They just find old pottery but for some reason it's addicting. I thought I'd finally lost the plot altogether.
What did you watch last night?

They excavated a field right behind my best mates house, when we were younger.
Got to meet Tony Robinson and the rest of the team..
Was even in the show, albeit in the background

Started Ted Lasso last night which seemed quite promising. For those not in the know, as I was until about 2 days ago, a comedy about an American Football coach comes to manage a Premier League team in England.
Apparently West Ham have a part to play in it so that'll be interesting.

Re: What did you watch last night?
I loved Time Team and still watch the repeats occasionally - one of the benefits of getting older with less of a memory is I can't remember TV programmes I watched two months ago let alone twenty years back
If you like Time Team Digging for Britain should be up your street Pete. Some of this series's stuff has been amazing. Plus, plus, plus, plus it's got ...... tan dah ...... Professor Alice Roberts, or Alice as she lets me call her (sorry OFT - we're that close, in my mind at least) and I'd watch the test card if they re-introduced it so long as she was the one in the middle of the piccie.

After finishing Black Space (Israel) which I really enjoyed, I've moved onto the crazy S.Korean series 'Hellbound'. I'm 3 episodes in and.. well it is all a bit silly and the creature things look far too CGI. They look like they belong in a PS4 game. I guess it's entertaining enough - it's far from the best Korean series on Netflix though.

I try to ignore this sort of stuff but sometimes somebody has to make the point that comments like this and the following posts are alienating, offensive and even threatening to a lot of women, and at the very least create an unpleasant atmosphere on the site. Nothing personal, yours is one of a thousand similar posts on here that I could have quoted. It just got to me today.

Re: What did you watch last night?
I watched James Wan's new horror 'Malignant'. I thought it was alright actually. It's been called James Wans giallo but it's not a giallo film. I think it's been influenced by giallo but more specifically I'd say the influence is from Dario Argentos films, both giallo and non-giallo. The intentionally campy acting in places, the killers outfit, the weapon, the music, the bizarre plot and twist, and some of the lighting are all clear nods to Argentos films. It wasn't a masterpiece but I enjoyed watching it.

Re: What did you watch last night?
Started the Expanse Season 6 (the final season of this excellent Sci-Fi show). Always hard to wrap these things up in a satisfactory manner but 4 episodes in (of 6) it is looking very good.
A real shame this is the end despite there being lots of the original material left to work with (there were nine books apparently) There is not enough of good Space based Sci-Fi around and this is the best since the mighty BSG (reboot)

BladeRunner - The original cinema version - Harrison Ford.
Not the best version - the voiceover and ending spoil it, but well worth a watch.
