Seeing what I'm fairly certain was a Hammers phone cover taking a photo of the bull in birmingham

I'm not sure 'make you smile' is the right expression for this. I suppose the fact he made a life for himself is comforting.

At a beach bar on Ile De Re, surrounded by unbelievable crumpet flashing their knickers at anyone with a Y-chromosome. My missus is displeased.

watching tonight's Hundred game listening to the Yorkie third umpire mumbling to himself live on TV as he worked out a few tight decisions. Comedy gold

Up at 4am on holiday north of Invergordon - watching the sun slowly rise, listening to the oystercatchers and curlews and the wife brings me a cup of coffee. Nice start to the day!

Being severely butchered by a **** of an amateur Aussie dentist in the late 60’s has left me with a lifelong aversion to getting my teeth checked out regularly. It’s been a real problem for me throughout my life & I’ve generally put up with any amount of pain rather than get back in that chair.
Until today. Fifteen years since my last appointment.
I’m so chuffed with myself.
There’s loads of stuff that needs doing (two broken molars just for a start) but I don’t care. Just really happy to get that monkey off my back.

Nice, dentistry has come a long way and most of it's pain free now, the only annoying thing is having to pay really.Jennings wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 2:31 pm Being severely butchered by a **** of an amateur Aussie dentist in the late 60’s has left me with a lifelong aversion to getting my teeth checked out regularly. Remember horror stories from my dad before I had my first filling several years ago, was worried, went in and barely felt a thing. All good.
