Upgrade your transport as often as possible by replacing with crashed (superior) shipa. But never buy one.

Now that multiplayer is being added to the game, is it enough to tempt any of you guyus back?

It’s a bit glitchy, but I have say I absolutely love it. It’s the game I’ve been looking for for years. Right up there with Fallout and Skyrim for me.

I loaded my game form about a year and half ago and a lot of my stuff were "obsolete technology", i got confussed as hell so I deleted my save game with 47 hours of play time and have started again. But at least now I know what i'm doing. Clocked in about 13 hours since.

I must admit it is still very monotonous when it comes to mining, but, I know there are tools you can build to make that easier, plus i'm waiting for the blueprints for the buggy. I love exploring but again it becomes a pain when you wonder too far away from yor ship and dont have anything to call it back with.

Overall though, I am glad I have gone back to it, the base building is excellent not to mention the side missions and freighters you can gain and edit. It really is a completely different game now.

Decided to log back into my save three years later having read about the continuous updates provided by Hello Games.

Started afresh as HG have release a (free) PS5 version. The game is stunning with so much to do. If you're in a similar boat, give it a try.

New expansion released this week. Twitch is doing drops for free ships/decals etc.

Got myself 2 new free ships the past two days from it. 3 more days left!

Twitch is owned by Amazon so I assume most people have accounts via that? either way you can just sign up put the stream on and mute the tab.

I really, really, really like these solar ships. They look so cool.

For those who are unsure how to access the drops part of Twitch. It's under Campaigns.
