I'm a bit late to this thread so my apologies if this has been posted.
But this is one of the most ground breaking tunes of the early 90s.

Around 93-94, my favourite club night was Megadog. It was held monthly at various North London venues and featured 3 or 4 live trance/techno/ambient bands each time. Banco De Gaia was one of the most frequent acts, and this was always a highlight:

In a momentary lapse of illness where 'ardcore might be a bit much for my confused brain. Soichi back in '91 is just about right.

Richard D James AKA Aphex Twin/AFX/ Polygon Window/Caustic Window etc, from 1994. AFX was one of his more techno pseudonyms:

And by contrast, some classy ambient from the unreleased Caustic Window album from 1996:

I refound one of the mixes that originally "got me into" the early 90's sounds, after not hearing it for a too many years. One of the tunes that was dropped. I wasn't alive when the mix was recorded, yet it's awfully nostalgic. Weird.

Bonkers that this is from 93. Ahead of the game, for that ragga jungle vibe anyway.

Picked up last week off Cogs. Another slice of 1993.

Fenturion AKA Adam F on Crystl's Force Ten label.
