Doubtful, it's a competitive market, with Wembley and Twickenham empty most of the year.

Unless things have changed, there are major restrictions on how many games can be played at Twickenham. The stadium in in the middle of a residential area and said residents are very protective of the restrictions. They all have a vote in local elections too.

Why do so many people rush to tell everybody how great spurs gaff is? It cost them a £bn and their interest payments last year were £29m. You really would hope it's a bit decent.

I always find empty claret seats look better than white. White looks like a County Championship game in mid-April.
