Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Couple of articles this morning saying that Chelsea are looking for a ground share whilst they develop SB, might be talking to LLDC

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
could the LS get any worse ? yes share with a bitter rival whilst they build a better stadium. LLDC will take the money and chelsea will rent a cheap stadium. great !

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Just when you think the LS couldn't get any worse, the prospect of having to watch a game at the bowl of disappointment from the away section looms large.
Would we still get a loyalty point?

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Is that true?
No wonder, they keep doing bad deals.
Doubtful, it's a competitive market, with Wembley and Twickenham empty most of the year.
Cheleas real issue would be could they fill the BoD?
Fuham would be a better option for them.
Oh, yes.

Wait until Westfield finds out they’re getting double the amount of awful, hooliganism from football fans having the audacity to walk through their shopping centre.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Unless things have changed, there are major restrictions on how many games can be played at Twickenham. The stadium in in the middle of a residential area and said residents are very protective of the restrictions. They all have a vote in local elections too.

It's probably because Kazza said that West Ham would have the last laugh with the LS and bragging rights over Spurs.
That went well.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
As well as how embarrassing it would look to watch them deck the place out whilst potentially playing Champions League games there whilst we fail to do so and the move was the reason why we wanted to move to the next level. Well the Stadium would afterall reach that stage...westham,eggyandchips wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 9:17 am Yep, in the championship when its barely half full.

Imagine adding in Europe if we were both to get it, be a logistical nightmare.

It’s all part of Kazza’s plan to get a “world class team” (hmmm) in her “world class stadium “

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
I always find empty claret seats look better than white. White looks like a County Championship game in mid-April.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
