One of my favourite players as a youngster - saw him play many times. And one of the 7 "B"s in the '64 Cup Final team.
R.I.P Peter.

Remember him presenting our end of season trophies when I was a kid playing for Collier Row Juniors. A perfect gent, took time signing autographs and happy to mingle with the Dads at the bar.

Didn't he go on to be one of the coaches alongside Tony Carr bringing through Rio, lampard, Cole Carrick?

Re: Peter Brabrook R.I.P.
Genuinely gutted at Peter Brabrook's passing.
I used to sit near Peter on a regular basis. As a young un' I was a STH at Billericay Town and he spent most of his time in the stand with us after having been sent from the dugout! I remember him as a bloody nice fella who was very modest with it. He was a big part in making Billericay a serious non-league side in the early 90's and recommended Steve Jones to West Ham iirc.
RIP Peter.
