My abiding memory of "toytown techno" is that it was rubbish, even Charly by The Prodigy. But I actually enjoyed this a lot hearing it today. It was released as a single on the same day as Sesame's Treet by Smart E's, and that was definitely rubbish.

Always loved this tune for years but not really familiar with much of their other stuff bar the odd song which never grabbed my attention like this one did. Ordered a Singles collection cd last night just on the strength of this track. Spoke to a mate yesterday who rates them very highly and said I would probably appreciate some of their other stuff as well. I could be taking a big risk, or hopefully it will turn into another of those bands I should have checked out a lot sooner
