His only problem is he doesn't look mean enough...

Sort that out and we've got the next Roy Keane!

I keep mistaking him for a young swashbuckling Tom Cruise. He's far too cool and slick to be getting too roughed up. 8-

Keep him in against Newcastle, he was the best player on the pitch yesterday.

That's Rice (that's Rice) that's what people say
You're riding high in April
Shot down in May
But I know I'm gonna change that tune
When I'm back on top, back on top in June

Good start, unlike Oxford's debut he's gone largely unnoticed by other clubs / the media, which will only be a good thing.

What with him and Hernandez up front, I can't get that Trisha Bo Selecta sketch out of my head, the rice and pea one

Would you be happier if Rice threw the occasional paddy?

Ok mate, if you say so, he's the finished article.

From Sinatra to the Carpenters in just a few posts , todays the day I'm going to win the lottery .

As for the player he's doing well but he has one pass in his locker that will catch him out big time sooner or later .

It's the casual , stroked slightly curved pass across the pitch about a yard away from the oppositions furthermost forward player . It will be intercepted one day .
