I was very surprised to see that conversation taking place. Not so much that players would talk to the ref but that he would engage in dialogue rather than just shooing it away, think it’s a bit weird that he did actually.
Quite interesting to see some of the behind the scenes stuff as well. Looked like Diop had a bit of interaction with the 4th official as well, suggests his English is of a certain standard (had no idea previously what his grasp was)

Agreed. Always catches my attention and often makes my spine tingle.Paddy O'Hammer wrote:We're good at putting these type of behind the scenes videos together

The 'Behind the Scenes' clips are the best piece of PR the club has done this century. Excellent job on the editing - the editor is deliberately triggering our collective cultural memory - you may feel you get a vague reminder of some of the old British Pathe newsreels and older documentary shorts. That's the editor doing a good job.
Am genuinely surprised that the club pays someone to do this work. Whoever the editor is I can only assume they have an excellent knowledge of British newsreel history and an equal command of documentary history. Job very well done.

Hart has always struck me as a professional with a drive to win, plus in interviews has always come across as a nice guy, Shame he has had such a huge dip in form.

Is that Hart/Rice picture last season?
On my phone and it's testing the old eyes a bit but looks like it

I think so. The hug from Saturday is on the Behind the Scenes video - in the tunnel before the match.OFT wrote:Is that Hart/Rice picture last season?

I'm surprised we can put that in an official video.sutts07 wrote:What on earth is the ref saying at half time...

"there's contact, you made the contact" - to Grady
But Surely, Arnie isn't asking about his own penalty appeal - that was never a penalty!
I thought we'd signed John Burridge as goalkeeping coach for a moment.

I suppose because the ref was outside his room, it's fair game.
