Re: Sweeney Bod RIP
On behalf of everyone involved with KUMB, may I offer my condolences to the family.
Sweeney/GPH was a much-liked member of our community (as you can tell from the responses here) and will be sadly missed. Godspeed, fellow Hammer.

Bloody hell. I remember Sweeney Bod.
50 is far too young.
Really sorry to read that, it feels weird for someone I've never met.

Really sad news
GPH was one of those posters I often took interest in reading updates from.
I remember him sorting out a signed program for a poster a while ago who was going through some hardship, seemed like a really good bloke.

Really sad to hear - no age at all!
My thoughts are with his family at this time.
Although I didn't know him personally, in either of his guises, our communal interests are such that I thought I did.

Sad to hear - RIP Sweeney/GPH.
Remember him well as a fellow "No" poster back in the days when there was still a choice.
Far too young an age to leave us.
My sympathies to his family.

Shocked to the bone here.
Remember when he first started posting. Exchanged quite a few friendly interactions.
A name I was always aware of.
I feel rather sad about this..............All my thoughts with the people who really matter. His family and friends.
Knocked me this.

Always a kick in the stomach when you see news like this. Many of us know each other on these pages without ever really having a clue who we're chatting, rowing, joking with.
Sweeney was a regular poster when I first joined and he always stood out.
Best wishes to those around him.

One of those posters where you thought "this'll be worth reading" when you saw he'd made a post.

Awful, heartbreaking news. Loved him in both of his aliases.
God bless GPH. My love goes out to his family and friends, both here and in the real world.

Sad news. Always enjoyed his posts, he knew his football. He was obviously very knowledgeable about West Ham, and I seem to remember he had an interest in old football grounds.
