I don't see the lib Dems ever making enough ground to do anything
If lab, lib, SNP, green can get their act together they can get labour in. Labour on their own probably can't.

That does present issues though. If you are the leader of one of those other parties do you do the deal in advance and get nothing, except the end of the Tories, or do you gamble on getting enough seats to hold labour to ransom in coalition talks. If you agree a pact in advance does that motivate Tory voters even more to get out and vote? What if the pact works and people also turn to labour, you could end up giving away seats and having a 90 seat majority labour govt.

He's been asked twice today very specifically about what went on in his flat the day Cummings left and whether anyone from number 10 saw a copy of the report yesterday and requested for details to be removed. Once by an MP and once in that press conference.

Someone's been talking.....

I agree, although it would be less a case of gaining votes and more a case of Tory voters abstaining leading to record low turnout.

For me the most worrying thing about all this is not that Johnson is a proven liar that refuses to quit (he is), or that Tory MPs all know that he's a proven liar and refuse to oust him (they do), it's that the rest of the country know we have a government led by an incompetent, lying buffoon and stuffed full of incompetent, lying morons, but we're all powerless to remove either the PM or the government for another two years.

Democracy, eh?

Equally, branding others guilty by association is morally disgusting.

You have to admire Boris's jacobs.

He genuinely does not give a toss about the people who voted for him.

Not sure why people keep voting in rich arseholes. Poor arseholes are much better.
