Don't think he would be able to resist, if approached

One more game, one more game, David Moyes...
:crossed:

I wouldn't say this is a bad move for anyone to be honest. We'd need to have a bloody good replacement in mind first though. Tottenham are a bit of a basket case in terms of being able to attract anyone. Not sure who is out there and would come.

I did say he may retire if we win the pot and managing in the SPFL probably counts as a hobby…

For context that's Martin Allen saying he was at Fulham, thought the chants and banner were ridiculous, we haven't had it this good in years and that Moyes deserved better :crossed:

Which we won’t, so it’s a terrible move for us.
Some people still want him gone even if we win the Final. What a fanbase.

I doubt it, but Celtic didn’t do ONeill, Rodgers or Ange any harm. Would be a very easy league for him but would be a nice career bookend before Scotland.

Could this be the first time we actually are prepared? Surely we were drawing up a contingency in case Moyes left/needed to go at the end of the season?

I think de Zerbi would be a great hire.

think I heard that Brighton have scored only 2nd number of goals to Man City. which when Potter couldn't get them to his a barn door with a shovel, at least is a marked improvement.

and he's had success elsewhere and from Wiki seemingly done very well with his teams punching above their weight while playing a very attractive style of football.

his Brighton team have impressed me no end when I see them play....

Is Moyes a Catholic of Protestant?

I know he played for Celtic but is that actually his club? He sang the national anthem a few weeks back so thought maybe he’s a Rangers man?

He’s a Protestant but seems to support Celtic, at least nowadays. No doubt he would have liked Rangers first though. Dalglish was a massive Rangers fan before he played for Celtic.

I cannot wait for the day our most successful manager in recent times buggers off. With six days to go before our last match of the season (dunno who we're playing or in what tournament), we could be rid of him in a week. :scarfer:

Unfortunately we'd have absolutely no chance.

And that's before realising Sullivan doesn't pay compensation.
