I have not a clue who he is, or how good he is, so look forward to hopefully being impressed.

All he has to do is run, and make an effort to show for the midfield, and he will already give the team more than Haller has been doing.

Best of luck lad, hope he stays clear of injury and goes on to be a huge player for us.

Good luck to the lad. Looks like he loves to run at people and score goals. Not such a good signing for Haller though. Yet another wide player who won't be crossing quickly for him. Hopefully will play alongside or off Haller more than on the wing.

Looking at some of his goals, seems to score as many with both left & right foot, think he will be an excellent signing in the long run... :scarfer:

Reminded me a bit of Alan Taylor - will be a good foil for Sebastien Haller , hopefully they'll form a good partnership where both will flourish .
Let's hope it's Alan Taylor plus the ability not to leave the ball 10 yds behind or push it 10 yds too far ahead while keeping the goal scoring prowess.

According to the Tigers website Bowen has a £20 million release clause should we be relegated. So if he really tears it up and we go down I suppose someone will come up with the dosh. Or not!!!

From what I’ve seen and read I really like the look of the lads attitude. He’s hoping he does well, he’s the right age and bang in form.

Comes across as grounded in that interview. Hopefully the bright lights don't get to him. High hopes for this lad.

Watching those highlights, he looks like a decent player, but the one thing that really struck me was how quickly a team like Hull move the ball.

It's a far cry from the walking crab football we play

If we can get him playing alongside Antonio, Anderson, Fredericks and Masuaku and, if Soucek proves to be the right type of player, it could transform our playing style.

One of the signings I wanted from the championship. Young, lively, scores and assists. Hopefully the lad can reproduce his form. Our two signings might just be what we need to stay up.

Next level!! :arry:

Here's a link to The Guardian, which confirms he's got the £ 20m release clause if we go down, presumably he didn't want the 50% wage reduction if we go down, can't blame him on that one:

As I understand it a release clause would only be triggered if the full amount is offered in one lump sum (feel free to correct me here) so of that's the case we'd probably still make money as we haven't paid £20m+ upfront for him.

"Thought to be £20m"

So, no one knows for sure.
