Burnley

I'd go a tad further and say he has EXCELLENT close control. ball sticks to his foot, very rarely see it bounce off him.

watch also how many times he takes the ball on his chest, down to feet, and makes something happen.

2nd best player on the team behind Rice and that's not putting him down. if we don't have Rice I reckon he's HotY.

you can see why Klopp would be interested and I reckon if it were'nt for Southgate's undying support of his players, he'd be in the squad for the next England game.

He does it all the time. He has surprisingly quick feet, very good close control, and excellent balance. Despite his season so far, I still think he's under-rated by many.
He's the East London Salah.

I hope we make the right signing come January so he can continue playing right-side.

The touch, when he's got his back to our lot, on the byeline, allowing him to play in Vlasic, was at Salah's levels.

His boots seem almost magnetic sometimes.

6 goals contributed in his last 8 games! 8 if you include both penalties he won against Chelsea and Watford. That’s now 14 goals he’s contributed in 29 appearances this season! 6 goals and 8 assists.

Big time player.

We are starting to get enough of them that it’s really not a coincidence we have been one of the best sides in football for the last year and a half.

He was back sweeping in front of the back 4 who were in a line then broke, with one twos, nearly creating a scoring chance. So exciting to watch.

Next England game is June, I think, so a lot could happen between now and then. At the moment, though, I'm guessing the other contenders for the right-sided attacker/winger/attacking midfielder are:

Greenwood
Sancho
Saka
Hudson-Odoi (maybe)
Lookman (maybe)

He's got to be in with a shout?

Southgate will probably be lubing up for Alexander-Arnold though.

If England had a decent manager, then yes.

As it stands, I doubt Southgate even knows who Bowen is...

When you look at the list you have to say only Saka really comes close this season.

His energy levels are something else, along with the likes of Fornals too - they just do not stop. Rare to have players like that here

You often see Bowen racing back to help the defence, then belt forward to start or join the attack. Yesterdays second goal he started from in our box I believe and was there to finish it off on 90 minutes plus

Bowen is turning into some player, totally deserving of international recognition this season

I'd be surprised if Southgate overlooked Sakho for Bowen, he's one of his favourites and is having a good season, but I'll be absolutely stunned if Bowen did not get a look in for the next squad.

I'm not a fan of Southgate either, but surely even he can see what Bowen is doing game on game... surely ...

I had to chuckle at Stephen “bang average” Warnock on MOTD last night saying Bowen needs to “do more” if he wants to get in the England squad. Do more what? His stats far outstrip half of the players Southgate keeps picking. What he really means is he plays for the wrong team.
