A 13 year old boy in Georgia USA starts his own business by buying gun parts on the internet then building semi automatic guns with them & selling them on the street.
These guns have no serial number so can be used for crimes easier.
Two blokes, well late teens, are pretending to buy guns but run off instead so the 13 year old fires - and kills his 14 year old sister instead.
Now the kid, and one of the robbers, are charged with murder.
I was working round the corner when they found the bodies of Port's 2nd and 3rd victims within a fortnight of each other in almost the same place and walking past the forensic tents. I remember us all saying that's a bit of a coincidence isn't it?
How this monster was allowed to kill again a year later before they finally started looking into it was a disgrace.
Even a look through the town centre's CCTV those evenings would have picked Port taking them back to his flat which was between the town and where he dumped their bodies.
At best lazy, worst they didn't give a **** because they were gay.

I saw the sisters of one of the victims interviewed on TV, seems like THEY did more investigative work than Plod. The impression they were left with was that their brother's murder was considered less important exactly because he was gay.
And a number of the officers involved in this case have subsequently been promoted.
Beggars belief.
When this was on the news the other night, my wife said "I remember you coming in from work saying they've found another body near the office and you said I bet its a serial killer as that's two in a fortnight" (Port's 2nd and 3rd victims).
I'm not exactly Taggart so why couldn't they work that out? Perhaps they just couldn't be bothered and as a result one more bloke lost his life.
A 25 year old bloke in Georgia is shot and killed by his one year old kid.
Further down the article it mentions there have been 330 REPORTED incidents of accidental shootings by children in America this year. That's one per day.
Resulting in 120 deaths, or just over ten deaths per month.
The UK has roughly 30 gun murders per year.
So taking population into account you have roughly the same chance of being accidentally killed by a child with a gun in America then you do of intentionally being shot to death, by anyone, in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales.

Let's hope this bitch gets caught and punished soon - preferably by getting a good kicking herself ...
