Thought he played well today and was unlucky to not be on the score sheet at least once, he had the bearing of his mam and worked hard with and without the ball. His crossing was not the best but certainly progress.
Credit where credits due, he looked good today
Expect incoming 'bids' based on him today

He was, and if he can do that with more consistency he may turn a few around to appreciate him more.

Much prefer him wide with Fornals central like today.
Now can he do it more than a few times a season? Here's hoping.

That little touch over the defender from Fornals sloppy pass leading up to the handball/pen. Different gravy the boy.

Yep, agree with the above. However, he’s a good player against bottom half teams. He proved that again today.
Goal should’ve stood imo but I don’t think he did much wrong today.

Some of his crossing was poor...(one right near the end when he put it in when there was no one within 10 yards) but apart from that was very good. With a bit of luck could have scored a brace.
If we've told agents he's available when we have failed in bids for numerous midfielders then I'm totally bemused.

His not so subtle shot directed at Moyes (I assume) just after he had scored the disallowed goal.
Something not right behind the scenes.

What did he do?
I was so angsty about the VAR check I closed the stream and looked at the live results on the BBC.

Was he pointing at the bench and putting his finger on his lips?
That's him bombed out this week if so.
4 goalies in the squad next week?

Pointed to his head before putting one finger to his lips (shh)
I guess he was gesturing to think, before you speak?
I don't know.

Might even be in defence of Diop, lots of talk on social media from fans and pundits about Diop's attitude and even about Benrahma looking for a move.

Was just about to say the same.
Quite possibly.
Either way not good to do it publicly like that.
