That's a new one on me. The shooter was apparently a Democrat, so that's what the GOP are seizing on. Typical lefty.

And last weeks one was trans or whatever.

And the bloke at the Colorado supermarket a couple of years ago was a Muslim immigrant.

Pulse nightclub shooter was a Muslim.

California ones this year were Chinese.

Ulvede was a Mexican American.

Etc etc

Then the other side will point out the...

Buffalo Supermarket was a white supremacist who got groomed by Fox

El Paso Walmart was groomed by trump

Charleston church shooter was racist

Atlanta Spa shooter hated Asian women

-------------------------------------------------------------

But the one thing in common is easy ****ing access to guns. Every ****ing time. Almost always guns bought legally. Even if they're obviously mentally ill, they still stroll up & buy a weapon bigger than most armies have.

Mass shooting in a little town of 3,300 people in Alabama last night. At a 16th birthday party. Four dead & 20 injured.

But I don't think this is a case of one angry person attacking unsuspecting people but rather a fight where everyone brought a gun to a fist fight.

But who knows?

I love this quote from that article.

"This morning, I grieve with the people of Dadeville and my fellow Alabamians," state governor Kay Ivey said.

"Violent crime has no place in our state, and we are staying closely updated by law enforcement as details emerge," the governor added in a statement

They have some of the most relaxed gun laws in the country.

26.1 people per 100,000 die at the hands of a gun in Alabama. Meaning that if Alabama were a country it would be 4th in the World rankings after El Salvador, Venezuela & Guatemala & just ahead of Colombia.

By the way, the UK is 189th on that list.

Meanwhile back in Louisville, site of last weeks bank shooting, someone randomly shot into a crowd of people in a park last night, killing 2 & injuring 4.

There's no motive & no suspect. Just a good ole boy having fun on a Saturday night.

Please spare a thought (and a prayer) for the real victims of assault. 8-)

The old boy who shot the kid in the head when he knocked on his door in error has been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
Not attempted murder.

Life is so cheap over there with no real repercussions

This is such a sad one, what could be going through someone's mind to think "ah, there's a teenager at the door, best shoot him in the face".

Why not just shout through the door what do you want? The boy would've explained, and he would've known it was a mistake. Even then if in any doubt, say i have a gun, so please get off of my property now or something.

Americans yet again showing how completely radio rental they are.

And another today in Maine. I sort of feel like the thread should be locked until the fuqwits in government do what they're supposed to do. We know they won't. And we know this will continue unabated every day. This thread is just murder porn now.

Miraculously the kid survived, and is already out of hospital despite being shot twice, once in the head. Which is incredible and wonderful.
