Can't imagine what our ancestors thought was causing it.
Spur's fans always believed, 'this was their year'..

There’s a touch of rain arriving in California over the next week or so. And when I say a touch, I mean it’s going to be diluvial.

I don't know about anyone else but it's felt like a very long winter this year.. Started with snow/ice in December and 3 months later is just as bloody cold, and not forecasting spring-like weather for the foreseeable. I do live in the north though so might be the reason :zippy:

It's amazing how weather can effect mental health though. At least it's sunny today :newthumb:

Obviously it's been nothing like a UK winter but this is the longest period I've known without a sunny week.

The odd sunny day here or there but otherwise just cold, grey and rainy.

Weather I hate the most, in this order.....

High winds
Snow
Cold
Extreme heat

Are there any countries in the world that don't have any of the above at some time during the year?

So Medway, where I am at now, basically closed down this morning. My son's Mum's school - closed. My son's transport to his school near Canterbury - refused to come out, so his mum had to take him.

Meanwhile, by half 8-9, the snow had all gone.

Absolutely pathetic.

Apparently the city of Medellin is know as the Eternal Spring due to its constant spring like climate.

There are some nightmare travel stories to Cyprus on twitter due to these storms. I hope the team realize and appreciate what the fans go through to support them. Over snow covered Land and Sea and all that.

Central California getting slapped with flooding. A few of those little towns up near Porterville getting washed away. That's a lovely rural part of California.
