Can anyone actually confirm this? I went to Birmingham, West Brom, Man City, and all three Euro home games yet have 7 points and the "Full Account History" on the ticketing site doesn't go that far back for me. Starting to think I should have 8 points and I'm being short-changed

You only got 2 points for Man City at home if you're on the auto cup scheme. If you're not you only got 1 point

18-19 points were active during 19-20.

Points were frozen March 2020.

Those frozen points were carried across to August 2021 - when away tickets became available again.

I read somewhere before they went on sale that there wouldn't be a ballot for this game.
