They sorted the issue but since 11 it's been a free for all again. I think the only way they'll be able to sort this is cancel every order and start again.

Something odd going on. Looked like lower tier had sold out at one point, now it’s back online.

I miss being able to casually get tickets for Midlands/North away games like Villa & Newcastle

(Villa worse since their home fans started turning up again  )

Some have had their tickets cancelled, yet some still openly admitting theirs haven’t despite being on single figure points.

Bring back Steve Kitcher, the ticket office was so much better in his days. It’s been nothing but an utter shambles under Nicola Keye. No wonder the Villa fans were delighted when she came here. No surprise that Brady appointed her…

Priority point’s been added, so it’s unlikely that they’ll refund the lot and start again now

One of the guys I go with is sight impaired so I have to call through to get his ticket you can't on the website. I didn't realise the tickets for Villa away were even on sale until after 5 on Friday so had to wait till today to call in. Called in at 9am today wouldn't even connect my call because of how busy the lines were. I have then called in half a dozen times finally got through after waiting 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone to be told it's sold out! Beyond pissed off one of the only away games we've missed in the last year because of their incompetence.

Is it their incompetence if you didn't realise they were on sale?

It's their incompetence that they don't have enough people to answer the thousands of calls they have coming in because season ticket holders don't know how they are going to get into the ground on Sunday! It's there incompetence that I can't buy an accessible adult away ticket online like every other ticket.

It is their incompetence if they have honoured sales to those below the points threshold.

24 points was from 5 p.m. allegedly. Looks like they are all gone now as nothing appearing and obviously phone lines are closed.

I don’t dispute it as I was on at 17:02. Hence my comments re incompetence if they honour the sales on Friday to those below the threshold.
Or are we to believe that they have cancelled those and Villa is more popular than Forest 🤔
