Why can't I purchase my own seat on the ticketing website for the Leeds cup game?

Is it because it closed at 9am this morning? Would have thought STHs would be able to purchase their own seat at any time before gen sale?

Have you filled in the covid form from club, it mentions on there they will not send them out until its returned?
I received my form by email from them yesterday

Just re read email, tickets will then be sent on Thursday
