I’m genuinely unsure of what Mount has ever done in an a England shirt.
Barely scores or gets assists, isn’t much of a presence on the pitch apart from a few neat touches. Looked totally anonymous in matches at the Euros as well. If he didn’t play for Chelsea, he wouldn’t be in that team.

For the statisticians amongst you, SEVEN of Polands starting line up have three or more syllables in their surnames whereas NONE of Englands starting eleven do.
Make of that what you will

Bamford would at least run the line and test defenders on decent crosses. He's an accurate shooter. Kane trundling around the edge of the centre circle isn't going to lead to much tonight.

I *think* Grealish is trying to impose his will on the game, but he’s getting it completely wrong. Whining and dropping to the ground isn’t going to win this game, he needs a different strategy.

He has all the ability in the world, yet chooses the easy way out most of the time.
Needs to give his head a wobble.

What hit Kane.
Take a bow.
Keeper did not expect that.

Well done mate you did it.
I was sure Mount was gonna score a screamer after my post, but you clearly have greater power.

The replay from behind the goal is good. The ball starts just to the keeper's right, and he makes a slight movement that way. The curve then takes it to his left but his weight is on the wrong foot.

give him a chance and he will take it, and that is his game.
That quietened down the crowd a tad
