Price with a 9 darter. Wright was close earlier, too

That was some match. Congratulations to Michael Wright

First time I have seen a 9 darter. I'm not a fan of Price but think the crowd take things a bit to far when he plays

PS I could do unspeakable things to Laura Woods. She is just so damn sexy.

I thought it was a birds nest.

Some cracking games yesterday. Hoping Bully Boy Smith wins this year.

Smith v Anderson would be good, two lads who just get on with it.
The thing with Price is, if you go up there giving it the big one, then you have to accept that the crowd will give it back, can`t have it both ways. He was so cocky when he went 4-3 up, thought he had it won.

Smith or Anderson are my favourites left. Wade is strange. I understand he has mental health issues, but I have always found him unlikeable. Just get the feeling he's not a very nice person.

I'm going for a Michael Smith v Peter Wright final.
Would love a Smith v Anderson one though. I have always liked Anderson and Bully Boy is a joy to watch when he's in flow.
I'm looking forward to this.

Been a bit of a weird tournament. Covid picking off a couple of players hasn’t helped but of the last 4, 3 haven’t really impressed me. Smith is the exception and I really hope he goes on to win it.

Wade I’m happy for, but he always looks vulnerable. Anderson has been average but somehow has got the job done. Wright been off form, missed way too many doubles, but has been the recipient of opponents not taking chances fully. Never liked him much

I agree that Wright is missing something and Anderson is getting through with sheer experience. Michael Smith looks good. Very good to watch.

Obviously Van Gerwen going out was a big loss but I think it's just the way the draw 'fell'. There has been some cracking matches, top players taking out other top players.

Anyone could wax lyrical about those two semi's but I think it suffices to say just WOW!

Not the winner I wanted to see but fair play to Peter Wright, he just upped it a gear when it really mattered

Gotta feel for Smith, seems like a very down to earth bloke who just loves darts

Yes Bergen I used to play a lot, got into a low 80s average at one point. Much like golf (any sport / activity for that matter) , the amount of practice required goes up exponentially the better you become.

Don't really play at all any more, or follow it on TV so much now that there are tournaments every week.
