What happened to 1, 2 & 3? Going straight to 4 is like the kid with no social skills who goes to "hope you die" without the natural escalation through "your mum" first........

Re: Russian invasion of Ukraine
From what you’ve seen over the last 8 months, do you really think this is anything other than Russian incompetence?Hammer Matty wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 7:08 pm A wayward missile or a purposely placed landing I wonder?
Not sure what the game is here for Russia but they’ve shown they can’t get a band of merry men together to beat one country, let alone destroy NATO.
I also doubt China would have any interest in helping them given how much The West pumps out there.

Talk that it might have been debris from a shot down missile.vietnammer wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 7:56 pm He must know he couldn't take on NATO, unless he goes 'top of the world, Ma'.
Russia saying the reports are deliberate provocation aimed at escalating the situation. All speculation for now I guess.

Obviously part of the gear they've been slinging at Kiev all day. One crew was on the voddy.

Re: Russian invasion of Ukraine
Indeed. A basic evaluation of whether national security, borders or infrastructure are safe from invasion and go from there. This was obviously Russian military incompetence and not a test of NATO's resolve but it does now give Poland a very strong postion within NATO and will undoubtedly increase support for Ukraine from that part of the world.
Calm down honky tonks. It'll do nothing of the sort.

The guy was really good IMO. Very measured. If he wasn’t it could have been a Day Today War episode on BBC News.Greatest Cockney Rip Off wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 8:58 pm Indeed. Re: Russian invasion of Ukraine
Did kind of make me chuckle earlier when some Russian commentator said NATO should invoke Article 5 to come to the aid of Poland by invading Ukraine as it was them that done it...
Obviously this is purely speculation but really can't see what they can gain by deliberately targeting Poland like this....more likely a missile destroyed by Ukraine Air defence?

Re: Russian invasion of Ukraine
NATO will do something I suspect. It can’t not. I imagine for starters it will be Russia and its diplomats having the consequences of a repeat performance, accident or no accident, made clear to them.
